Quad City Behavioral Health Associates (QCBHA) is a group counseling practice with 7 therapists who, together, treat a variety of mental and behavioral health conditions using evidenced-based methods. That means you can be sure that your treatment here is backed by the most up-to-date science. Above all, you'll be treated as a multi-faceted person rather than an appointment or a diagnosis.

Scheduling

For new clients, the Initial Intake Assessment can only be scheduled by calling our front desk at (309) 558 0258. Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll have access to our Patient Portal, which allows you to view and sign all of your intake forms online, reschedule/cancel appointments, pay your balances, and send/receive secure messages from your therapist.

Location

QCBHA is located in Rock Island, just off of John Deere Road and Blackhawk Road/46th Avenue in Rock Valley Plaza across from the Heritage Church. Our convenient location is easily reached from I-74 and I-280.
