Rotary 2020 District Conference - Canceled

I am sad to announce that we are canceling our District Conference scheduled for April 24^th and 25^th.  Recent developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak have led us to the unavoidable conclusion that it would be irresponsible for us to continue to plan for a conference that members’ health and safety demand they not attend.

We are pursuing the possibility of holding a shorter, modified District Conference sometime in late September.  If that happens, much of what was planned for next month will be included in that event.  Stay tuned for more as it develops…

District Conference Committee Co-Chairs Janie Meyers and Laurie Romberg, District Trainers Connie Syferd and Amy Weed, District Operations Manager Beverly Mendel and all the District Conference Committee members from the Evergreen Rotary Club spent many hours developing a program that was going to be outstanding in every sense of the word.  Thanks to Janie and Laurie for your leadership and to all of you for your efforts!
