Susie Lee says impeachment inquiry “has been happening”

Susie Lee is really trying to straddle the fence on an impeachment inquiry.

In an interview over the weekend Lee said an impeachment inquiry has been happening in the House for a while, and that’s it’s nothing new.

Which is news to the rest of us…including House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer.

Especially since in July the House – including Susie Lee – voted to kill a resolution to move forward with impeachment. 

So, is Susie confused, or just trying to straddle the fence so she doesn’t upset her base?
