Is in her fifth season with the Lady Hornets.

As a Sophomore in 2021-22
She was named second-team All-MIAA this season. She is second in the MIAA in steals, third in made three-pointers, fourth in three-point percentage, sixth in free throw percentage and assist to turnover ratio, seventh in scoring and assists, and ninth in field goal percentage. She scored 17 points including the game winner with 2.8 seconds left against Washburn. She had 13 points and two steals against Pitt State. She scored a career high 36 points on 13 of 20 shooting at Northwest Missouri. It was her third 30 point game of the season. She scored 22 points with five rebounds and four steals at Missouri Western. She had eight assists against Lincoln. She scored 17 points with eight coming in the fourth quarter at Northeastern State. She had 13 points and three steals in 21 minutes against Newman. She had 15 points and five rebounds at Washburn. She was named MIAA Player of the Week after averaging 19.5 points, 6.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 steals against Lincoln and Rogers State. She tied her career high with eight steals at Lincoln while adding 19 points and five assists. She scored 20 points with eight assists and seven rebounds against Rogers State. She had 24 points and five assists at Newman. She had 26 points against Fort Hays State. She had 20 points against Neb.-Kearney. She scored 21 points with four rebounds, four assists and three steals against Peru State. She had 22 points and three steals against Bethel. She had a career high 35 points at Lindenwood with seven rebounds, four assists and three steals. She scored 31 points, dished six assists and had five rebounds against Henderson State.  She scored 17 points on six of ten shooting against Harding. She had a team high 15 points and two steals at Notre Dame.

As a Sophomore in 2020-21
She was named the MIAA Player of the Year, was first-team All-MIAA and a member of the MIAA All-Defensive Team. She is the first sophomore to earn the league’s Player of the Year honors since in 2004. She led the MIAA in scoring and steals, ranked third in assist to turnover ratio, fourth in assists, three-point percentage and made threes, and sixth in field goal percentage and free throw percentage. She led the nation in minutes played and ranked second in total steals. She had 25 points and five rebounds in the MIAA quarterfinal win over Central Oklahoma. She earned her season high third MIAA Player of the Week award after averaging 21.0 points in wins over Missouri Western and Northwest Missouri. She matched her season high with 29 points against Lincoln. She scored 21 points against Central Missouri. She scored 29 points against Northeastern State. She scored 21 points with six rebounds against Washburn. She scored 25 points at Northwest Missouri. She earned MIAA Player of the Week after averaging 25.0 points against Rogers State and Fort Hays State. She scored 28 points with five steals and four assists at RSU and 22 points with five assists at FHSU. She was named MIAA Player of the Week after scoring 26 points on ten of 14 shooting at Northeastern State. She had 22 points, six rebounds and three steals at Neb.-Kearney.

As a Red-Shirt Freshman in 2019-20
She was named First-Team All-MIAA and the MIAA Freshman of the Year. She was second in the MIAA in scoring, third in steals, sixth in assist to turnover ratio, seventh in assists, and ninth in free throw percentage and field goal percentage. She had 24 points against Northwest Missouri in the MIAA quarterfinals. She scored a then career high 33 points at Rogers State and became the first Lady Hornet freshman with multiple 30 point games. She earned her fourth MIAA Player of the Week award after averaging 19.5 points, 5.0 assists and 5.0 steals in wins over Pitt State and Missouri Southern. She scored 26 points on ten of 14 shooting against Northwest Missouri. She netted 30 points with eight steals and eight assists against Missouri Valley. She scored 25 points against Fort Hays State. She scored 13 points with five assists and three steals against Kansas. She had 13 points, three assists and two steals against Oklahoma State.

As a True Freshman in 2018-19
She scored six points in three quarters against Southwestern Oklahoma before injuring her knee.

In Her Career
She has scored 1,506 points with 300 assists and 214 steals in 85 career games.  She tenth on the Lady Hornet all-time scoring list. She is ranked seventh on the Emporia State career steals list and tenth on the Lady Hornet career list with 151 made three-pointers.  She has been named MIAA Player of the Week eight times in her career. She scored a Lady Hornet freshman record 518 points ranks second with 106 freshman assists.

High School
Jobe was a First-Team All-State performer for Wichita South HS and a top 20 pick in all classes. She averaged 12.3 points as the Titans were ranked as high at #25 in the nation her senior season.
