Registration is Open! 

College Panhellenic Academy is a dynamic learning experience that provides participants with intentional opportunities to understand overall College Panhellenic functions. Participants will gain the most up-to-date Panhellenic knowledge and reaffirm their commitment to NPC standards and values through interacting with energetic keynote speakers and facilitators. Participants will also have an opportunity to expand their networks by engaging with Panhellenic leaders from other campuses.

In August, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) announced the 2021 College Panhellenic Academy will be held as a virtual experience to help protect the health and safety of all involved. We now invite College Panhellenic officers and fraternity/sorority advisors to register for the Academy virtual experience, scheduled for Jan. 22-23, 2021.

​​​​With the 2021 Academy virtual experience, we will offer small and large group education with specific educational tracks for presidents, judicial officers, public relations/marketing officers and recruitment officers as well as a track for fraternity/sorority advisors. Tracks have been modified for virtual engagement. (View the tentative schedule.) 

Prior to the event, each College Panhellenic officer will be granted access to multiple e-learning modules specific to her officer position. These modules should be completed prior to attending the virtual event. Post-event information and resources will be shared once the live virtual event has concluded.  

The registration cost for 2021 Virtual College Panhellenic Academy is US$99/attendee. All participants registered and paid prior to Dec. 7, 2020, will receive a gift box filled with fun items to use during the event delivered to their physical address. Those who register after Dec. 7 will not be guaranteed a gift box.

How to Register

2021 Virtual College Panhellenic Academy registration is hosted in FS Central. Anyone who will be registering to attend College Panhellenic Academy must first claim her/his FSID, which is the username and password used to access FS Central. Click here to claim your FSID. To register: 

1. Log in to FS Central and go to “Events” at the top left.
2. Under National Panhellenic Conference College Panhellenic Academy 2021, select “Register” to register one attendee or “Register multiple attendees” to register up to 5 individuals. To register more than five individuals, you will need to do more than one registration. 
3. Click “Register” and proceed to enter registration information for your first attendee. 
a. If you are only registering one individual, press “Submit Registration.”
b. If you are registering more than one person, press “Add Registrant” and continue as before.

  • If you choose to pay online you will be directed to a checkout page where you can complete the payment process using a credit card. After payment is completed, you will be directed to a page where you can print your invoice.
  • If you choose to pay by check, you will be directed to the invoice, which can be printed and then mailed with your check. Payments must be received by Dec. 7 to receive a gift box. Please make checks out to the National Panhellenic Conference and mail to:
