Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and provide us with important information on how we are doing to support students and families during the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19).  This survey is being conducted by the South Gate Community of Schools to help understand the needs of families across our community during this crisis.

Note that many of the questions in this survey reference your child's school or school district.  If you have more than one child your children are enrolled in different schools, please pick one of your children and answer questions just about him or her.
