Can't rent a bike because the app doesn't work. First it couldn't send a text to my google voice number. Customer chat got me past that. Then I can't confirm my password because the keyboard pops over the box and somehow won't direct keystrokes to it. Customer chat was unresponsive after that. Why can't this be done on a website instead of an app, which would be more compatible and easier to use?

I've been wanting to try this for like two years now, so I'm greatful for a different new experience. The negatives: Handle bars on both bikes were crooked at about a 20 degree angle. Hard to ride with handlebars turned the wrong way. Rode from one kiosk to the next, parking where we were supposed to, and we got a parking fine for $20. They waved the fee when I complained but it wasn't fun thinking I'm getting fined when I didn't do anything wrong. Better to just ride your own bike.

Clipper connect is broken. It will not disconnect you from the ride, even if you check the app. I was charged for a 200min ride when it was only 7 minutes. I'm still trying to get my money back from support but we're just going in circles. Absolutely do not enable auto payment. The app is way to buggy to trust these people with your money.
