Please join us in the celebration of diversity, richness and vibrancy that is the Westcott neighborhood and march in the parade that kicks off the day's festivities. We will meet at 11:30 a.m. at the Westcott Community Center and march at Noon. This celebration of the Westcott neighborhood and greater Syracuse community happens because of the support of involved people like you!
