In efforts to improve, we transitioned to a new production facility. Unfortunately, this new co-packer has failed to meet the high standards we expect, and in our haste to replenish inventory, quality was compromised.
This simply isn't good enough. We're taking immediate corrective action. We're returning to our previous, trusted partner to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
